Arizona Vacation, post 2: day 3 & 4

Tuesday: more pool time
Brooks and Andy weren't feeling well still, so I took the kids to the pool for most of the day. Eventually they joined us.

Wednesday: leaving the resort--everyone is better!!!
We drove to Tucson and visited the desert landscape of Saguaro National Park and all the saguaro cacti.

Then we made it for a quick visit to an old Catholic church, Mission San Xavier del Bac, the oldest that's still in use. It was built in the 1770's I think.

We saw some more cactus up close there, which Elliott loved.

Then we headed to dinner at a western-themed restaurant in an old west-themed town.

My personal favorite. ;)

If you wear a tie, they make a big stink about it, then cut it off! They have them hanging from all over the ceiling there!

The kids and babies enjoyed the "Ferris wheel", carousel, and train rides.

Andy loved it!

Me and Andy!
